Rick Tennyson “Well, at the beginning of this year, I was faced with the shop basically, going through the same inconsistencies. Doing well one month and next month not doing well and, you know, having to transfer monies from other places to keep the shop going, was really frustrated and looking for a solution to this problem that had been ongoing now for years. “So I was introduced to ATI, went to one of the bootcamps one weekend and really liked what I saw and really skeptical about spending the money. And it reached the point where I was afraid that I couldn’t afford it, but I was afraid that I couldn’t not afford it. That if I didn’t make a change, I would continue to live in the insanity of the same thing happening and expecting different results. You know, continuing to do the same thing. “So I joined and, it’s been, it’s, it’s been a really good ride so far. My coach is… is really neat. Helps me out a lot. Helps me to be coached, to be pushed, if you will, to be held accountable. And, all the golden nuggets I’ve got from ATI on how to implement new processes to streamline the shop, have been just fantastic. And I believe that, you know, watching people, that I go to class with, especially this owner’s class.
