At ATI, we know that all customers are not the same, and don’t run their businesses the same way.     That is why immediately following ATI’s workshops, qualified participants are offered a free shop assessment, performed by one of ATI’s consultants. Our consultant will review key aspects of your business, including operations, productivity, marketing, and profitability. Once finished, shop owners are provided with a summary of areas for improvement and an 8-step sequential action plan.
