Event Venue
Three hundred acres of Texas Hill Country, fifteen minutes from the airport, and everything we need under one roof.
The resort sits on former ranch land on the west side of San Antonio, built in limestone and timber with long porches and live oaks. Sessions, meals, and evening events all happen on property, so you are never running across town between speakers. When the day ends, the lagoon, the golf course, and the spa are a short walk from your room.

Before You Book
SuperConference is built for mechanical and collision shop owners. Most owners bring a manager, a service advisor, or a spouse. The people who help you run the shop get the most out of it.
You do not need to be a member to attend. While we do offer tailored coaching services for mechanical and collision shops, SuperConference is open to anyone to register and attend. If you are interested in receiving coaching in addition to SuperConference, call 410.316.6145 and our team can walk you through your options.
Your registration includes access to every General Session, roundtable discussion, and breakout session, plus entry to the Welcome Reception, Charity Fun Run, Trade Show, Awards Banquet, and Afterglow Party. You'll also receive General Session video recordings and breakout session audio recordings after the event. Delicious meals, refreshments, and snacks are included throughout the conference. Travel and lodging are not included.

Business casual for sessions and something you can move in for the Charity Fun Run. Evenings in the Hill Country in March can cool off, so bring a jacket. The Awards Banquet calls for optional semi-formal attire. Bring a swimsuit for the lagoon and the lazy river!
