Shop Owners and Industry Partners Attend ATI’s ‘Best Ever’ SuperConference

Automotive Training Institute (ATI), the leading coaching and training company for automotive repair shop owners, hosted its 20th annual SuperConference at the El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. The conference sold out within the first 24 hours last spring — reaching a record-high of more than 864 attendees across independent repair shops, body shops, and ATI’s industry partners.

Guests arrived at the newly renovated resort to participate in fun-filled networking activities such as the Olympic games, a large tradeshow, expert-speaker presentations, informative Round Tables, and this year’s SuperConference Fundraiser — Hope For The Warriors.

“Our vision of SuperConference has always been to create something special that is so much more than just another industry conference. We go to beautiful resorts to set the stage for celebration, collaboration, and motivation. Members, partners, and vendors get connected- to learn and grow together,” said ATI President Richard Menneg. “This SuperConference in Puerto Rico was our biggest and best ever. We couldn’t be more proud of this wonderful annual event that the ATI family has built together with our members and partners.”

This year, ATI unveiled two new Top Shop Award categories for collision and multiple-shop owners and received unprecedented submissions for the Humanitarian of the Year award.

This year’s speaker lineup included Manley Feinberg, CEO of Vertical Lessons, Sports Author Ross Bernstein, Corey Perlman, Owner of Impact Social Inc., Steve Bench, Owner of Generational Consulting, LLC., Mary Kelly, CEO of Productive Leaders, and Walter Bond, CEO of Walter Bond Worldwide, Inc.

“ATI’s SuperConference always inspires and challenges my mindset to become a better leader, trainer, and CEO. Being able to chat with the coaches and other shop owners fires me up for the future!” said ATI member Stacey Diaz of Wayside Garage.

In addition, SuperConference attendees collectively raised over $62,000 for the nonprofit organization Hope For The Warriors.

Next year’s SuperConference will be on March 13-16, 2024, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.
