Why Your P&L Statement is Needed

Getting Ready for the Workshop

We ask that you bring your Profit and Loss statement (P&L) or related information so that you’ll get the most value from the event. You can use it as a point of reference during this time while you learn new ways to improve your shop. Also, an ATI consultant will offer to review this information with you to give you an accurate assessment of your shop’s performance and real-time, actionable advice.

Here’s some of what you’ll learn:

  • Your true labor gross profit
  • Whether you’re making fair margins on parts
  • How your overhead compares to the average shop
  • If you’re really ready to hire another staff member
  • Whether your net profit is inline

Your privacy is a top priority. ATI employees sign a confidentiality agreement so that the information you share is protected. We do not sell information about attendees to third parties, and no one other than our business analyst will see your financial information.
