Why This Room

ONE DAY THAT COULD CHANGE
THE NEXT YEAR FOR YOUR SHOP

Most events give you ideas. This one helps you decide what to do next. You'll spend the first half of the day learning directly from ATI coaches and successful shop owners who have already solved the challenges you're dealing with right now. Then you'll have dedicated time with the companies, tools, and services that can help you execute. No guessing. No wandering a tradeshow floor wondering who's worth talking to. You'll leave knowing exactly where your biggest opportunities are and which actions will have the biggest impact on your business.

Session content

Real numbers, not opinions

Learn the numbers that drive shop performance, including labor gross profit, average repair order, effective labor rate, technician productivity, and car count. You'll quickly identify where money is leaking from your business and what top-performing shops are doing differently.

Partner sessions

Vendors who teach, not pitch

Our industry partners aren't there to deliver sales pitches. They're here to share practical ideas, technology, and strategies that can help you improve operations, increase profits, and save time.

Tradeshow floor

In-Person Networking

Spend time with the companies serving the industry while ATI can help you evaluate your options. Instead of collecting business cards, you'll have productive conversations that can set you up with exclusive pricing and help with your shop if you need it.

Who This Is For

WHATEVER SIZE YOUR SHOP IS TODAY

Mechanical or collision, one bay or three locations, ATI member or not. If you are trying to run a better business next year than you did this year, there is a seat here for you.

Individual

The Solo Operator

You are the owner and the lead tech. You want to stop trading every hour for a dollar and start building something that does not depend on you being in the bay.

Small Team

Owner With a Team

You have techs and advisors but you are still the bottleneck. You want systems, accountability, and vendors who make your week easier instead of harder.

Large Team

Established Operator

The shop is profitable and you want the next level: a second location, a real exit number, or a tech stack that scales without adding headcount.

Who You Will Hear From

THE PEOPLE ON STAGE

ATI leadership opens and closes the day, and every session is led by someone who works with independent shops for a living.

Mike Bennett

Mike Bennett

Vice President of Training, ATI

CJ Frederick

CJ Frederick

Vice President of Sales, ATI

Suppliers and vendors that members with ATI already work with across parts, tires, shop management software, marketing, payments, diagnostics, and accounting. They will be presenting, staffing booths, and bringing show pricing you will not find on a website.

Partners marked with a gold bar are also presenting a session on the main agenda.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does the ticket cost and what does it cover?

ATI members pay $149 for the first attendee from their shop and non members pay $199. Every additional attendee from the same shop is $99 either way. That covers the full day of sessions, lunch, happy hour and hors d'oeuvres, training materials, and full access to the tradeshow floor.

How do I actually pay?

Fill out the request form above and our events team will reach out with your rate and a payment link. Your spot is held once payment is complete.

Do I have to be an ATI member to attend?

No. This event is open to any independent mechanical or collision shop owner who wants to run a better business. Members and non members are in the same room, and the member panel is one of the reasons to be there. Members do get a reduced rate of $149 on their first attendee.

Can I bring my service manager or my spouse?

Yes, and we recommend it. Some of the best decisions in a shop get made by two people who heard the same thing at the same time. Additional attendees are $99 each, for members and non members alike. Just note how many seats you need on the form.

Is this a sales pitch from vendors all day?

No. Partner sessions are on the agenda because they teach something you can apply. The selling, the questions, and the negotiating happen on the tradeshow floor during happy hour, which is the part most owners tell us they get the most out of.

My shop is small. Is this still worth it?

Yes. The benchmarks and the moves we cover scale to where you are. A solo operator and a three location owner walk out with different plans built off the same numbers.

Where exactly is it and when should I arrive?

The Mint Museum Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. Doors open at 7:30 AM, opening remarks start at 8:15 AM, and the day wraps at 7:30 PM after happy hour. Plan on the full day.

What happens after the event?

You leave with takeaways you can use immediately. If you want to go further, the next step is a one on one strategy session with an ATI coach to build a plan for your specific shop. That is your call, not a requirement.
