If you find yourself constantly hiring new techs, shouldn’t the focus change to how to keep and develop the employees you have? Don’t get me wrong, we need to find them as well, and I’m going to tell you how, but we need to weigh our options.
And, if you truly need to hire, be sure that you’re putting your best foot forward.
