20 Group Meetings
Once the initial shop owner and service manager training is completed there are
almost always implementation issues to address. Our consultants can and will work through these problems
with you during the year.
However, nothing replaces having peers offering reinforcement during
major changes. Therefore, we offer a two-day meeting with other ATI clients,
four times a year, at your convenience.
The ATI clients set the agenda; while Reed, Bryan and Chub review possible
strategies to solve the problem. We review your Key Performance indicators in
person - and have fun at the same time.
